Challenge
The preparation of reports for the National Deposit Insurance Fund (OBA) was a critical task in the liquidation process. In our work, we ensured that the report met the stringent requirements of the OBA and provided an accurate representation of the bank's depositors' situation. This involved gathering depositor data, categorizing deposits, and calculating compensation amounts.
The complete historical data transfer according to the specifications set by MKB Bank was a complex task that we had to execute amid a continuous decrease in the number of available expert colleagues. This challenge required efficient work organization and optimal utilization of existing resources.
We played a key role in the complex portfolio migration process between Sberbank and MKB Bank. Our responsibilities extended to planning and executing the migration process, which included compiling, transferring, and processing historical data on both banks' sides.
