Challenge
The production of the report prepared for the National Deposit Insurance Fund (OBA) was a critical task in the liquidation process. In our work, we ensured that the report met the strict requirements of the OBA and provided an accurate picture of the bank's depositors' situation. This included gathering depositor data, categorizing deposits, and calculating compensation amounts.
We had to perform a historical data transfer according to the complete dataset defined by MKB Bank, all while facing a continuous reduction in the number of available expert colleagues. This challenge required effective work organization and optimal utilization of existing resources.
We played a significant role in the complex process of portfolio migration between Sberbank and MKB Bank. Our responsibilities included the planning and execution of the migration process, which involved compiling, transferring, and processing historical data on both banks' sides.

- Management of Special Data Requests
- During the bank's liquidation, several specific data requests arose, and their prompt and accurate handling was of significant importance. Among these, the preparation of the debtor list played a key role alongside the OBA report.
